Our aim is to ease the burden of staff shortages and challenges in the British healthcare industry, providing fully qualified and ready to work Indian healthcare professionals.

Guided by the visionary leadership of our founder, Dr. Vimal Sudhakar, we aspire to redefine medical training for UK health institutions. Instead of hiring bank staff through recruitment agencies, which is expensive and time consuming, you can benefit from our fully trained healthcare workers immediately.

Osprey Academy have more than 30 years’ experience in the nursing field, training between 800-1500 healthcare workers every single year. Through our intensive courses that develop healthcare knowledge and English proficiency, we provide Indian healthcare professionals with international career opportunities, and your healthcare institution access to fully qualified workers.
